Fiber Laser Cutters

Kimla laser cutters with linear drives enable fast and efficient cutting of any shape from sheet metal. Extremely high speeds and accelerations without breaking down in combination with high-resolution measuring systems enable unprecedented cutting performance and accuracy.

Kimla's Fiber Linear lasers achieve unprecedented dynamics thanks to Renishaw's ultra-modern absolute position measurement systems with a resolution of 1 nm, position, speed and acceleration controllers and a control system with Dynamic Vector Analysis.

The difference in the performance of Kimla Fiber Linear Lasers compared to CO2 lasers is particularly noticeable in the case of thin sheets up to 8mm. The cost of cutting a detail with the Kimla Linear Laser can be reduced many times. This enables a much higher energy efficiency, reaching up to 35% (in CO2 lasers, only up to 5%) and a greater concentration of energy, resulting from a shorter wavelength of light.

Kimla fiber lasers have numerous advantages: excellent quality and high efficiency with the possibility of adapting them to individual customer needs. An additional advantage of Kimla lasers is their favorable price.

Kimla lasers are manufactured according to your needs, in different configurations and work areas. This diversity concerns: the degree of automation, the power of the laser source and equipment. Kimla manufactures lasers both with one work table, whose important factor is high efficiency at a low price, as well as production lasers with automatic pallet exchange, with extraction systems, and software for nesting and production preparation.

Production lasers are machines with greater efficiency, maximum speed and acceleration. Kimla fiber lasers, thanks to the unique possibilities of very fast cutting of thin sheets, are perfect for cutting as an alternative to turret punching machines, which until now were considered the cheapest technology for cutting sheet metal elements.

The advantage of KIMLA fiber lasers is their high quality and efficiency and the ability to adapt them to individual customer needs at a favorable price, much more attractive than other devices offered on the market.

Kimla was the first in the world to integrate a printing system to describe cut details. You no longer have to manually describe the details after cutting them. Before cutting, a special print head will apply detail descriptions to the sheet metal. All details after cutting will already be easily identified: see the video - printing descriptions on a fiber laser »

There is also already the option of a laser scan head to scan existing details, which frees us from time-consuming redrawing of physically existing parts and significantly reduces the time of project preparation.

For customers with lasers from a German company, we have introduced the option of importing files *. GEO facilitates the transition to efficient Kimla lasers. You no longer need to convert thousands of GEO files accumulated over many years.
